L’Huitrade, in the heart of the Champs Elysees district, offers oysters from five different farmers in the region.  The establishment is the latest work of Guy Savoy, accomplished French chef and mentor to Gordon Ramsey and more.

L’Huitrade is a small and cozy place, with the exclusive, romantic feel that many desire in a Paris restaurant.  Reservations are recommended.

L’Huitrade also offers a couple of main courses each day, with a selection of white wines and champagne.  A takeout kiosk is also available for to-go orders.
