Students of Patisserie a la Carte rave about the fun and friendly atmosphere – and the solid skills they gain in French baking.

Patisserie a la Carte teaches groups up to six, in English (the chef spent a year in Austin, Texas).  Students pick a class focused on their favorite delicacy, with choices including croissants, pains au chocolate (a.k.a. chocolate filled croissants), macaroons, cakes, tarts and more.

Classes fit beginning bakers, as well as folks skilled in the kitchen.  Each student will complete each baking stage on their own during the 2 1/2 to 3 hour classes.

Classes are generally scheduled Sunday through Friday, with one class in the morning, and one in the afternoon.  Check the website for current class schedules.
