By Train:   Board at Gare de Lyon in Paris.  Take TER train Line R towards Laroches-Migennes, Sens or Montereau. Exit at Melun.  Trains depart every 30 minutes.  Travel time 30 minutes.

Calendar:   March 26, 27 and 28, 2016

Hours:   Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with new egg hunts starting every 30 minutes.

Admission:   €11 per child (2015 pricing)

Each year, the royally beautiful Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte hosts the most picture perfect Easter egg hunt in France.

With support from Belgian chocolatier Léonidas, the Château hides over 80,000 eggs for the three-day event.

Lush French gardens spread over the 1,200 acre grounds provide the setting for the hunt.  The Château also has face painting, crafts, and other chocolaty fun for children during the event.

Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte is a short 30 minute train ride southeast of Paris.  Board at the Gare de Lyon station.
